How to sell your home fast and for more

1. Look at the property you wish to sell as "a house", not as "your home". Selling a house can be very emotional. Think of the house as a product, a merchandise you are selling to a buyer. Remove all memories inside your house, re-paint the house.
2. Consider a Home Inspection before you list your home. I will assist you finding the right company to inspect your house. An inspection will uncover defects and repairs before they occur. This will built trust in your buyers decision to buy the house and will save you possible trouble with buyers if one defect turns into a major repair after the sale.
3. Think about the house: Would you buy this house? If your answer is "no" or "maybe", ask yourself "what would I like to change before I buy this house?" Ask your neighbor and your friends for their opinion. Investing some money will result in a higher sale.
4. Advertise your house, offer an "Open House Weekend". Make your house stand out of all other listings. Let your house be the one that everybody wants!
